Guilt Free Cabbage Soup

6 cups water
6 beef bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 head chopped cabbage
1 minced Vidalia (sweet) onion
2 diced carrots
1 can green beans
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano

salt & pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a large soup pot.  Cook on high, bring to boil.  Turn heat down to medium-low and simmer 30 minutes.  Serve hot.
